Maundy Thursday/Good Friday Tenebrae Service
Thursday, April 2 at 6 p.m. in the Gymnasium
We will be having our Holy Week Tenebrae service on Thursday, April 2 at 6 p.m. and have many ways for the congregation to be involved in this service. This service will include music, readings and a simple meal with one another around tables. Here are some ways that you can get involved in the service:
Sign up to host (decorate) a table. This includes preparing place settings for 6 people (center pieces optional but not required). The table will need to be ready by 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17.
Sign up to sit at a table! Indicate which of the following you would like to bring: a meat and cheese board, a vegetable and dip spread, a fruit platter or a bottle of wine. You can also just sign up to sit at the table. There is no requirement to bring food, but we ask that you sign up so that we can make sure that everyone is fed. We will provide bread and juice for each table.
