Presbyterian
Women
|
The women of the church
help one another grow in faith and love, form bonds of
support, educate themselves and the congregation of
today's
issues, and act in Christian mission. Circles meet
regularly, and special events and projects are scheduled
throughout the year.

Fellowship Groups
|
Groups that meet monthly
for dinner and a social activity or program. These groups are opened to everyone and they are a good opportunity to get to know people. Call the church
office at 743-4427 for more information.

Bible
Study Groups
|
Pastor Bible
Study-
The morning group meets at 10am in Forbes Parlor. The
evening group meets at 5:30pm in the East Room.
These are open groups and are designed for entrance at
any time.

Youth
Ministry: SPY
|
SPY are involved not only
in activities in the Church (Choir, Bell Choir, Evening
Fellowship, & Sunday School) but also in Mission
Activities (including a summer mission trip), Eastern
Oklahoma Presbytery Youth Activities and Youth
Activities hosted by the PC (USA). Check out the

Chancel
Choir
|
The adult choir, led by
John Brobston, practices on Wednesday from 7 to
8:30 p.m. Anyone interested is invited to participate. They
sing every Sunday in the 10:30 worship service and
present special musical pieces at Easter and Christmas.

Handbell
Choirs
|
ADULT: Two choirs, the
Tintinnabulators and the Celebration Ringers meet on
Sunday at 6:00 p.m. and 7:15 and are led by John Brobston. They ring at worship services monthly and
attend the annual hand bell festival in Tulsa. No prior
training is required. All you need is the willingness to
learn and a pair of white gloves
and well
even provide you with some almost white gloves if
needed.
YOUTH: The youth
hand bell choir practices every Sunday
during the school year. Contact
Don Best if you
are interested in being in this choir.

Parish Services
|
Personal ministry
provided by the pastoral staff include home, hospital,
convalescence visitation, personal counseling in crisis
or change, and spiritual direction for personal growth.
Baptisms for adults, youth and children are part of
worship and prepared by personal appointment with the
pastor.

through Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 (closed on major
holidays)

Wednesday Night
Fellowship Series
|
All interested members meet for a casual dinner and a
wide variety of educational, informational, and social
presentations. It's all a part of our new SOW
(Southminster on Wednesdays) program. Scheduled most
every week, you can read the latest issue of the
Vision Newsletter to keep
current with upcoming topics. Child activities are
included while adults enjoy the programs, so bring your
whole family!
